Service Fees
At CNY Process Solutions LLC, we believe that legal support should come with clarity and confidence - starting with our pricing. We offer straightforward, competitive rates with no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no fine print. What you see is what you pay.
Our service fees include:
- Up to 3 attempts including morning (6 AM - 11 AM), afternoon (12 PM - 5 PM), and evening (6 PM - 10 PM).
- GPS photographs of attempts.
- Completion of required mailings for subsitute service or posting.
- Complete and court-ready electronically-signed Affirmation of Service.
- Electronic Filing of Affirmation of Service via NYSCEF or EDDS.
- Email return of completed Affirmation of Service.
- Online access for live status.
